The Junior Translator
Examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission for the vacancies of Translators Hindi <<>> English
in government offices. The Pay scale for this job is Rs.5500-9000.
The Examination is classified
into two major parts viz.,
- Part 1 which is of written type of Examination
- Part 2 is your Interview Test.
Part
1: Written Examination
This paper will consists of totally four hundred (400) marks viz.
- Paper 1 consists of 100 marks each for both General Hindi and English with a time duration of 2 Hours Each.
- Paper 2 consists of Translation and Essay type questions. 2 Passages and 2 Essays both from Hindi and English with the same time duration of 2 hours make 200 marks.
Part
2: Personality Test/Interview
This area is structured
in such a way that candidates Knowledge, interest, and various traits,
reasoning and aptitude etc., along with educational qualifications and experience
if any with GK and General Awareness as well.
The total marks given to Personality Test/Interview are 100 marks. Candidates have an option to
give answers in both English and Hindi Languages.
